Our diagnostic fee is a reasonable $9.95 if the computer can still boot to its operating system.* In this case we can perform a fast analysis and pass the savings on to you. We'll ask a few questions, evaluate the physical condition of the unit and give you a written estimate for the work.
Best of all, if you choose to have us perform the repair we'll waive the diagnostic fee.
